The goal of the whole worship team here at Faith is for every person
who comes through the doors to have an experience of God, whether it is
through the music, the preaching, the reading of the Word, the
fellowship, or just the peace of the Spirit felt in this place.
The Faith worship band was created to help lead the contemporary
worship service. The band currently consists of three lead singers and
whatever instruments happen to be available during the season—usually a
piano, guitar, and drums-- sometimes additional voices, multiple
guitars, congas, harmonica, trumpet, violin, banjo, bass guitar. The
music used ranges from the old hymns of the church to modern rock
sounds. Sometimes there is a jazz feel or blues or country or even
southern gospel.
